“Having had the good fortune of working with some of the very best house builders in the business for the best part of 20 years, I have been in a perfect position to see the evolution of modern homes, and indeed how the industry itself has stepped up to the ever increasing demands of their customers, and to some extent I thought that up to now I had seen it all; until now that is. When I first met Dean and discussed the site that has now become The Reserve, I was immediately struck by his passion, his vision, and his energy, none of which have dissipated in time.
as we have continued to work together through the purchase of the site, through the process of planning and preparing the site prior to build, and through the build itself, all the aforementioned qualities have become more apparent, easier to understand, and infectiously absorbable.
