Nestled in the heart of Málaga, Aurora Heights is a rental home reimagined for conscious family living. Built by Veda Homes in 2024, this three-building residence (Blocks A–C) embodies sustainable innovation and everyday elegance, seamlessly blending comfort, functionality, and a deep respect for the environment.

Designed with families in mind, Aurora Heights integrates eco-friendly technologies such as solar-assisted water systems, purified airflow ventilation, and energy-efficient appliances. Every material has been carefully selected for low environmental impact — from FSC-certified timber finishes to natural clay-based paints that purify the air.

Block A welcomes you with elevated living, where the open-plan kitchen and dining area are flooded with natural light. Recycled wood cabinetry, water-saving fixtures, and a custom pantry with compost separation make sustainable daily living effortless. Washrooms are thoughtfully placed on each level, and a full-size family utility space supports streamlined routines.

Block B embraces indoor-outdoor harmony. A central courtyard and integrated balcony function as a shaded living room — ideal for morning coffees, family meals, or quiet reflection. In the kitchen, a versatile built-in counter made from reclaimed materials can serve as a child’s study nook or a prep zone for cooking and crafts.
